We need your email address so that we can send Conference details to you with the Dates, Location, Abstract Deadline, Early Bird Deadline.

Your country is important so that we can send National events to you.

Your membership details are confidential. 

Once you have registered your details and interests, you may never need to return to the site. Conference alerts are automatic. 
 

When a conference is submitted to theconferencewebsite, we will let you know of the conference in an email.

If you would like to recieve emails less often, go to the "Edit Alerts" in your account, and chose weekly or monthly.

You will automatically receive a reminder of your saved conferences on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your alert criteria. Weekly reminders are sent on Tuesdays, monthly on the First of the month.

Click on the "Add Conference" button and simply enter the conference details.

If the conference or course does not have a dedicated website, you can upload your own flyer or information for delegates in the "conference description" box. You can cut/paste text and pictures into this box. Contact information is entered in dedicated fields and will also be sent to delegates.

The information can be edited by theconferencewebsite and will be available on the site and emailed to delegates within approximately 48 hours.

Use the search fields and we will search the databases for full titles, abbreviated titles, single words, specialty or keywords.

The advanced search can be used to search by city or country, or dates.

The calendars can be used to search for conferences which may coincide with your planned dates.

Your email address, personal data, use of theconferencewebsite etc are confidential.

In order to keep this service free of charge, third party advertising may be displayed on the Website and in emails in the future but your details will not be available to comercial companies for this purpose.

Yes. The initial registration is for National and International events.

If you wish to only receive Conferences in your country, go to the "Edit Your Alert Criteria" and chose National events. This can only be done after the initial registration.
