Some areas are not yet covered by google maps and the Local meetings facility may be affected by this.
After registration, you may receive alot of email alerts for conferences stored in the databases (all suitable for your alert criteria).
Thereafter, only newly submitted conferences or courses of your choice will be sent to you.
If you are receiving too many emails, you may narrow your alert criteria via the "edit alert criteria".
[ top ]This is a facility to remind you about conferences of interest, where you do not wish to action the email alert immediately.
An email will be sent to you with details of a conference or course of interest to you.
If the conference is of interest to you, it can be saved by clicking the "save conference" button on the email, and the conference will be entered into your "saved conferences" account. (You may view this via the home page)
Alternatively, you may delete the conference on the email.
Saving or deleting the conference needs to be performed whilst connected to the internet.
After you have saved or deleted the conference, you can then delete the email from your inbox.
You will automatically receive a reminder of your saved conferences on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your alert criteria. Weekly reminders are sent on Tuesdays, monthly on the First of the month.
